Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 21 listopada 2005 roku o godz. 10.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. Opatrzności Bożej na Rudaku, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Włocławskiej.

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 10.00 przy Domu Pogrzebowym "Sotor".
