Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 16.04.2005 roku o godz. 9.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Sotor" przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. Matki Boskiej Zwycięskiej przy ul. Podgórnej, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Żwirki i Wigury).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 9.30 przy kościele p.w. Matki Boskiej Zwycięskiej przy ul. Podgórnej.
