Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 15 września 2005r. odszedł powołany przez Boga do wieczności mój kochany Syn, nasz najdroższy Brat, Szwagier, Wujek, Siostrzeniec i Kuzyn śp. Henryk Dadej lat 64. Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 17 września 2005r o godz. 13.00 w kościele Św. Mikołaja w Starym Fordonie. Pogrzeb odbędzie się po mszy św. na cmentarzu parafialnym.
Pogrążeni w smutku Matka i Siostry z rodzinami.
