Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 30.10.2004 r. o godz. 10.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła pw. Miłosierdzia Bożego (przy ul. Św. Faustyny), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy o godz. 10.00.
