Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się 16.05.2005 roku o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego przy ul. Bażyńskich, skąd trumna zostanie przewieziona do kościoła p.w. Chrystusa Króla, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy Ciało zostanie złożone na miejscu wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarzu parafialnym w Kaszczorku.
