15 czerwca 2005 r (środa) o godz. 13:00 w kościele pw. NMP Matki Kościoła przy ul. Jaskółczej 39. Pogrzeb odbędzie się po mszy św. na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Kossaka w Bydgoszczy.
