Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 31.XII.2004 r. o godz. 10.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z Domu Przedpogrzebowego CCK ul. Grudziadzka 192 do kościoła pw. Opatrzności Bożej - Rudak, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy świętej ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu przy ul. Włocławskiej.

Autobus zostanie podstawiony przed kaplicą.
