Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 31.12.2004 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła pw. Św. Piotra i Pawła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej (Nowy).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy o godz. 11.00.
