Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 28.09.2004 roku o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do Kościoła p.w. Chrystusa Króla, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.
