Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że 26.11.2004 r. zmarł opatrzony Sakramentami Świętymi mój kochany Mąż, nasz Brat, Szwagier, Wujek i Kuzyn

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 30.11.2004 r. o godz. 11.15 wystawieniem ciała w kaplicy na Bielanach.
Wyprowadzenie nastąpi o godz. 12.00 do kościoła p.w. Chrystusa Króla, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na C.C.K. ul. Grudziądzka 192.
