Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 28.10.2004 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy na CCK do kościoła pw. Św. Jakuba, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.
