Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 28 października 2004 roku o godzinie 11.45 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" przy ul. Browarnej 2 do kościoła p.w. Św. Józefa, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Żwirki i Wigury).
