Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 7.01.2004 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" ul. Browarna 2 do Bazyliki Katedralnej Św. Św. Janów, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym Św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego (II brama)

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 13.00 przy D.P. "Cultus" ul. Browarna 2.
