Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 25.09.2004 roku o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z Domu Żałoby przy ul. Wilczej 15 do Kościoła p.w. Św. Antoniego gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Owsianej na Wrzosach.
