Ze smutkiem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 23 wrzesnia odszedł od nas kochany mąż, brat, wujek, kuzyn, szwagier śp. Waldemar Onoszkowicz- Jacyna lat 76
Msza św. odprawiona zostanie dnia 25 wrzesnia o godz. 11.00 w kościele Zmartwychwstania Pańskiego na Bielawkach. Po czym nastąpi pogrzeb na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Kardynała Wyszyńskiego.
Pogrążona w smutku rodzina.
