Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 18.02.2005 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego CCK do Kościoła p.w. Matki Bożej Królowej Polski, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar podstawiony będzie przy Domu Pogrzebowym CCK.
