7 maja 2005 r (sobota) o godz. 12:00 w kościele pw. NMP z Góry Karmel przy ul. Spacerowej 69. Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 13:00 na cmentarzu przy ul. Tańskich (Prądy)
w Bydgoszczy.
