Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 24.12.2004 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy na CCK do kościoła pw. Św. Jakuba, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu przy ul. Wybickiego.

Rodzice, Siostry i Brat
Rodzina prosi o nieskładanie kondolencji.
Autokar zostanie podstawiony na placu Św. Katarzyny przy stacji paliw o godz.10.00.
