Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 16.02.2005 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy na CCK do Kościoła pw. Miłosierdzia Bożego, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy kaplicy o godz. 12.00.
