Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 12.03.2005 roku zmarł mój ukochany Mąż, Ojciec, Teść, Dziadek i Wujek

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 16.03.2005 roku o godz. 10.00 wystawieniem ciała w Kaplicy przy Kościele Maksymiliana Kolbe. Wyprowadzenie nastąpi o godz. 11.00 do Kościoła Maksymiliana Kolbe, Rubinkowo III ul. Wyszyńskiego, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu w Lubiczu Dolnym.
Autokar podstawiony będzie przy Kościele o godz. 11.20.
