Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 8 lipca 2005 roku o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego „Sotor” przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w.NMP, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Wybickiego (od ul. Wybickiego).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy ul. Bema 22 o godz. 10.00.
