Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie w poniedziałek
dnia 12 listopada 2012 r. o godz. 10.20 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku:
Żona, Córki, Zięć, Wnuki,
Brat i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji
