Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 03.01.2004 r. o godz. 10.45 wyprowadzeniem z domu pogrzebowego "Cultus" do kościoła p.w. Niepokalanego Poczęcia N.M.P. (Stawki), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej (nowy).

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 10.45 przy D.P. "Cultus", ul.Browarna 2.
