Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 21.10.2004 r o godz. 11.30 w kościele parafialnym p.w. św. Mateusza w Nowym Fordonie.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 13.00 na cmentarzu przy ulicy Wiślanej.
W smutku pogrążona żona z rodziną.
