Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 21.IX.2004 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła pw. M.M.Kolbe - Rub. III, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu w Kaszczorku.
