Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 22.05.2004 r. o godz. 11.45 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" przy ul. Browarnej 2, do kościoła p.w. Matki Bożej Królowej Polski (Rubinkowo I), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym w Kaszczorku

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 11.45 przy D.P. "Cultus" przy ul. Browarnej 2.
