Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 5.V.2005 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do kościoła p.w. N.M.P, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. Żałobna. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu Św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego.

przed kaplicą.
