Msza św. odbędzie się 21 grudnia 2004r o godz. 13.30 w kosciele Św. Antoniego z Padwy. Pogrzeb odbędzie sie tego samego dnia o godz. 14.15 na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Chojnickiej.
W głębokim smutku pogrążeni żona, dzieci, rodzina.
