student Wydziału Prawa Podziemnego Uniwersytetu Jana Kazimierza we Lwowie, doktor praw,

wieloletni pracownik AGH, członek NSZZ Solidarność.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie w poniedziałek,

dnia 10 grudnia 2012 roku o godzinie 13.40, w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,

po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku

Prosimy o nieskładnie kondolencji.

Prosimy o nieprzynoszenie kwiatów i przekazanie pieniędzy na cele charytatywne.
