Przeżywszy lat 78, po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami, zasnął w Panu dnia 13 października 2012 r.

Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie w poniedziałek,
dnia 22 października 2012 r. o godz. 11.40 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi złożenie urny z prochami Zmarłego w grobowcu rodzinnym,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku:

Żona, Syn, Synowa, Wnuk
