Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 06.06.2005 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem ciała z kaplicy szpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do kościoła p.w. Św. M.Archanioła (Rybaki), gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu Św. Jerzego przy ul. Gałczyńskiego.

Autobus zostanie podstawiony przed kaplicą
Zamiast kwiatów, ewentualne datki prosimy przekazać na ORATORIUM
