Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dn. 26.02.2004 r. o godz. 10.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy na CCK do Kościoła pw. Św. Jakuba, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy placu Św. Katarzyny o godz. 9.00.
Rodzina prosi o nieskładanie kondolencji.
