Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 18.09.2004 r. o godz. 13.30 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" przy ul. Okólnej 24 (na Podgórzu) do kościoła oo. Franciszkanów pw. św. Piotra i Pawła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Poznańskiej (nowy).
Pogrążona w smutku
Żona, Dzieci i Rodzina
Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 13.30 przy D.P. "Cultus" ul. Okólna 24.
