Ceremonia Pogrzebowa rozpocznie się 18.09.2004 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach, skąd trumna zostanie przewieziona do kościoła pw. Św. Piotra i Pawła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy Ciało zostanie złożone na miejscu wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarzu przy ul. Poznańskiej (Stary).
