Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 17.12.2004 roku o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego "Cultus" przy ul. Okólnej 24 (na Podgórzu) do kościoła p.w. Niepokalanego Poczęcia Najświętszej Marii Panny przy ul. Hallera, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. Włocławskiej.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.00 przy D.P."Cultus", ul. Okólna 24.
