Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 14.08.2004 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy przyszpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do Kościoła pw. Chrystusa Króla, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu Św. Jerzego przy ul. Sportowej.
