dnia 23 lipca 2012 roku, o godzinie 11.40 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w smutku i żalu
