Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 13.01.2005 r. o godz. 14.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do Kościoła p.w. Matki Bożej Królowej Polski na Rubinkowie I, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Komunalnym Nr 2 przy ul. Grudziądzkiej k/Spomaszu.
