Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się 21.04.2004 r.
o godz. 12.30 w Kościele p.w. Św. Michała Archanioła,
ul. Rybaki 59. Wyprowadzenie zwłok o godz. 14.00 z Domu
Pogrzebowego na CCK, ul. Grudziądzka 192 w Toruniu.
Pogrążeni w smutku
Żona, Syn, Synowa, Wnuczka
i Rodzina
Autokar zostanie podstawiony o godz. 12.00
przy ul. Kasprowicza 1
