w dniu 1 marca 2012 roku o godz. 13.00 w kościele

S.S. Norbertanek przy ul. Kościuszki 88 w Krakowie,

po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego

do grobowca rodzinnego na cmentarzu Salwatorskim.
