Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 16.10.2004 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach do Kościoła pw. NMP gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Gałczyńskiego.
