Zasłużony działacz Ruchu Młodzieżowego i Robotniczego, członek ZWM, ZWP, PPR, PZPR, współtwórca OHP, przewodniczący DRN Kleparz,
były Dyrektor Krakowskich Zakładów Sodowych i Centrali Rybnej.
Pożegnanie Zmarłego odbędzie się w czwartek, dnia 23 sierpnia 2012 roku, o godzinie 13.15 w Sali Pożegnań na cmentarzu Rakowickim, po czym nastąpi złożenie prochów w mogile obok Rodziców i Żony.
