Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 14.07.2004 r. o godz. 11.00 Mszą Świętą Żałobną, która zostanie odprawiona w kościele p.w. N.M. Panny. Po Mszy Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Cmentarzu Parafialnym przy ul. wybickiego.
