Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się 13.11.2004 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego CCK skąd trumna zostanie przewieziona do kościoła pw. Św. Jakuba, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy Ciało zostanie złożone na miejscu wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Antczaka.
