Ceremonia pogrzebowa rozpocznie się 14.10.2004 r. o godz. 13.00 wyprowadzeniem z kaplicy szpitalnej na Bielanach skąd trumna zostanie przewieziona do kościoła p.w. Św. Krzyża w Kaszczorku, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po mszy Ciało zostanie złożone na miejscu wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarzu parafialnym w Kaszczorku.
