W roku 1939 brał udział w Obronie Warszawy.
Należał do Szefostwa Sztabu Armii - Obrony Warszawy.
W czasie Powstania Warszawskiego był kurierem Lubelskiej Delegatury
Rządu Londyńskiego.
Odznaczony Brązowym Krzyżem Zasługi z Mieczami.
Nabożeństwo żałobne zostanie odprawione w kaplicy cmentarnej przy ul. Lipowej
w dniu 17 października 2012 roku o godzinie 15.00,
po którym nastąpi złożenie trumny do grobu.
Żona, Córki, Zięć, Wnuki i Prawnuki
