Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 12.07.2004 r. o godz. 12.00 wyprowadzeniem z Domu Pogrzebowego CCK do Kościoła p.w. Św. Józefa, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza Św. żałobna. Po Mszy Św. pogrzeb odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar podstawiony będzie przy Domu Pogrzebowym CCK.

Rodzina prosi o nieskładanie kondolencji.
