Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 11.06.2004 r. o godz. 11.00 wyprowadzeniem z Kaplicy przyszpitalnej przy ul. Bażyńskich do Kościoła pw. Św. Michała Archanioła, gdzie zostanie odprawiona Msza św. żałobna. Po Mszy św. Ceremonia Pogrzebowa odbędzie się na Centralnym Cmentarzu Komunalnym.

Autokar zostanie podstawiony przy ul. Mickiewicza 63 o godz. 10.00.
