Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 09.06.2004r. o godz 11.30 w kościele św. Marka ( Salezjanów).
Pogrzeb odbędzie się tego samego dnia o godz. 13.00 na cmentarzu przy ul. Piastowej w Fordonie.
