w kościele parafialnym pod wezwaniem Matki Bożej Nieustającej Pomocy w Mydlnikach,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarz w Mydlnikach,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w żałobie
